Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer law.

To request a cancellation or refund, you may contact us by email, by phone, through the cancellation option available on our website, or in person at our store.

For a regular cancellation, the item must be returned to SHUUF. at Rambam 13, Tel Aviv. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed in accordance with applicable law.

Exchanges in store

Items may be exchanged in store within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to inspection and approval by SHUUF.

We ask that items be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging or box where applicable.

SHUUF. reserves the right to refuse an exchange where the condition of the item does not reasonably allow it to be returned to stock.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received an item that is defective, does not match your order, or was not supplied as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, no cancellation fee will apply, and the return will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
